Hold on tight, Team “Karmy,” because your ‘ship is about to navigate its rockiest waters yet.
MTV on Wednesday released the first official trailer for Faking It‘s upcoming third season, premiering March 15 at 10:30/9:30c, giving us our first look at a bold new Hester High — one where no one seems to be all that into Karma.
Not only does Amy flat-out tell Felix that she and Karma “aren’t really friends anymore,” but Liam also assures Karma that his feelings for her are null and void. In a strange twist of fate, the only person who does seem to be on her side is… Shane? (Like I said, “strange.”)
Additionally, a transgender character is being introduced in Season 3, according to The Hollywood Reporter; Elliot Fletcher will play Noah, a leather jacket-clad rocker. Fletcher was cast after series creator Carter Covington — along with stars Katie Stevens and Rita Volk — posted a video on YouTube soliciting trans actors and actresses.
